ALT. 2 Budget Option The Budget Option consists of 2 x 2 m floor area, carpet, one table 120 x 70 cm, one folding chair. Price SEK 9 500. The Budget Options are allocated in May 2022. A limited number is available. Max 1 Budget Option per exhibitor! Exhibition insurances are included. Insurance conditions VAT is added.

Terms of payment and booking conditions A basic fee for the Stand Location is invoiced following confirmation of order or on signing a contract.
20 % of the value of the Stand Location per the Order is payable 6 months prior to the first day of the Trade Fair.
80 % of the value of the Stand Location per the Order, and as applicable Exhibitor Insurance, is payable 2 months prior to the first day of the Trade Fair.
100 % of the value of the display services per the Order I payable 2 months prior to the first day of the Trade Fair.
100 % of the value of the technical, restaurant and other services per the Order is payable 14 days prior to the first day of the Event.
Extra services and those parts of the Order that could not be specified in advance are settled after the last day of the Trade.
Invoices will be sent out 30 days before the date of expiry and must be settled by the stipulated date. Interest will be charged after due date. Interest rate is 2 % per month. The exhibitor is responsible for the entire cost of space if the contract is cancelled.
VAT will be levied in accordance with Swedish tax legislation.

Parties shall neither transfer nor assign this Contract or its rights and obligations according to this Contract without the written consent of the other Party. This, however, shall not apply where transfer or assignment occurs from the “Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers AB” to another company within the same group as the “Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers AB”.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE Changes must be reported in writing if changes to an order and/or invoice company occur after an order recognition has been expedited. An administrative fee of SEK 500 will be charged for each instance of change.
